David Holstein
Director
David is a qualified Gold Coast Civil Engineer with close to 20 years professional experience, specialising in land/property development, civil infrastructure delivery and construction supervision.
As a Member of The Institute of Engineers Australia, David has achieved Chartered Status as a Professional Engineer in both the Civil and Management colleges. He is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), a Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) endorsed consultant, and accredited on the National Engineering Register (NER).
David has both local government and private sector experience with expertise in:
- Project management
- Contract management, tender preparation and analysis, and superintendent role
- Feasibility, estimating and due diligence
- Client liaison and project team coordination
- Erosion and sediment control plans and site audit
David has delivered numerous land development projects including master planned communities, townhouse developments and commercial developments. He also has extensive experience in the construction, operation and maintenance of water and sewerage infrastructure and assets.
Renowned for his wealth of knowledge in the civil space and delivering superior service, David ensures clients are kept abreast of project progress every step of the way.
Anthony Rickert
Director
B.Eng (Civil) (Hons 1), AdvDip CE, RPEQ, RPEng, MIEAust
Anthony has over 12 years professional experience working for Gold Coast civil engineering firms, specialising in urban design, land development and construction supervision.
As a Member of Professionals Australia, Anthony has achieved Registered Professional Engineer Status and is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
Anthony has private sector experience with expertise in:
- Project management
- Design & documentation to obtain development approvals
- Contract management, tender preparation and analysis, and superintendent role
- Feasibility, estimating and due diligence
- Client & authority liaison and project team coordination
Anthony has a thorough understanding of local authority standards, in particular SEQ water supply, sewerage design and construction code. He has been involved in the delivery of numerous large scale multi-stage residential developments, and high-density urban infill projects.
Like David, Anthony is very easy to work with, prioritises transparent communication and adheres to budgetary and time directives. His attention to detail and ability to think outside the box ensures that the quality of his output is consistently exceptional.
